At Custom Championship Belts, we take pride in our craftsmanship; however, due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are restricted to items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please review our four-step process to initiate a claim for your custom hardware.
Inspect Your Belt
Upon arrival, carefully examine your championship belt for any structural defects, plating issues, or engraving errors that deviate from your approved design.
Document the Issue
Capture high-resolution photographs or a short video highlighting the specific area of concern to help our quality control team assess the claim.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the documentation gathered to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Return Shipping
Once approved, pack the belt in its original protective case and shipping box to prevent further damage during transit back to our facility for repair or replacement.
